This MSc degree has been developed by leading academics within the School to provide a forward thinking, cutting edge programme focused on the key challenges for leaders and managers in a modern business environment. We ensure that our teaching is industry-focussed by consulting with an Industry Advisory Board of business leaders who advise us on the current skill-gaps in industry. As a result, the courses on this MSc degree will help you develop key skills in highly employable areas of management including business strategy, leadership, project management, change management, quality management and inventory planning. You will learn how to critically evaluate and implement the theories, concepts and techniques of business strategy, leadership and change. By applying this knowledge to practical contexts through industry-focused, case-study led projects, you will learn how to develop successful business strategies, leadership styles and change management programmes. Ultimately, this is a specialist Masters degree in Management that will help you understand how to think strategically and be a successful leader. It will equip you with theoretical tools and practical skills you need to forge a successful career as an entrepreneur or in a range of senior management positions. Students will also achieve PGDip and PGCert awards in this course. This MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and successful candidates will be awarded a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.

Science and Engineering (1st degree classification): 985 University (70%), 211 University (72%), Other Institutions(75%). Other than 1st- 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Business: 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Art and Design: 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Exceptions to the above: For Masters Programmes in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics students are required to have 80% or above. For Masters Programmes in Brewing and Distilling students are required to have 80% or above. For Masters Programmes in Photonics, students are required to have 75% or above. Students require IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element or an acceptable equivalent.
