This new specialist pathway offers undergraduates from and Arts and Humanities, Business Management and Psychology the opportunity to position themselves as highly-employable, skilled individuals for multinational organisations. This programme combines Business Psychology's specialist focus on leadership, diversity, organisational culture, and change with Intercultural Communication’s focus on written and verbal communication skills in cross-cultural, professional business contexts. The development of these specialist skills will put graduates in the perfect position to make a positive impact on the performance, communication and culture of global organisations. Students will also achieve PGDip and PGCert awards in this course.

Science and Engineering (1st degree classification): 985 University (70%), 211 University (72%), Other Institutions(75%). Other than 1st- 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Business: 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Art and Design: 985 University (65%), 211 University (68%), Other Institutions(70%). Exceptions to the above: For Masters Programmes in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics students are required to have 80% or above. For Masters Programmes in Brewing and Distilling students are required to have 80% or above. For Masters Programmes in Photonics, students are required to have 75% or above. Students require IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element or an acceptable equivalent.
