YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND THE CLIMATE EMERGENCY EXPERIENCE
- This degree programme will equip you with those vital personal and professional skills, and the necessary interdisciplinary expertise, to make a difference in the world.
- You will do this through the study of climate change and climate reconstruction, earth-observation and remote sensing, environmental modelling and geographical information systems.
- You will develop your understanding of ecology and conservation, with themes including life in the oceans, rural environments and sustainable cities, natural hazards, geoengineering, disaster capitalism and social justice.
- The teaching programme places a strong emphasis on active and practical learning, problem solving and authentic assessment, and fieldwork both in the UK and internationally.
