The major in wine and beverage business management draws on the expertise of the University's exceptionally strong hospitality business management program. The program's overarching objective is to provide a pool of highly skilled business leaders focused on the burgeoning wine industry. Graduates of the program will be educated across a broad range of wine and beverage business practices and related functional areas, from the management of beverage services to the identification and development of demand generators.

WSU has proven expertise in viticulture, enology, and business, and has research and development partnerships with winemakers across the state. 为来自中国的学生设计 Student needs to complete at least 12 years of school, culminating in an appropriate secondary certificate or external examination. (We may consider the first year or two of university in some countries to be secondary level). Schooling should include preparation in humanities, mathematics, basic sciences, and social sciences. WSU requires a minimum grade point average of 2.70 (on a 4.00 scale) for admission as an international freshman. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - Minimum Score 213 computer-based (CBT); 79 internet-based (iBT); 550 paper-based (PBT); IELTS – 6.5; MELAB – 77.
