UMSL Cyber Start Grant for Fall 2020 - Under this scheme, F1 international students who are unable to report to campus this fall due to COVID19 are able to pay a reduced rate of tuition. • This will only be for the Fall 2020 semester as the students should be on campus in Spring 2021 paying regular rates. • Any UMSL Global scholarship awarded for Fall 2020 would be deferred until Spring 2021. • Students must be enrolled in a degree program conducive to online learning.

This program is designed to allow students of demonstrated academic ability and educational maturity to complete the requirements for both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in History in five years of full-time study.

The accelerated nature of this program allows a student to take courses that will count for both a Bachelor's and the Master's degree. The total number of hours needed to complete the dual program is 137. Students will pay graduate credit hours fees for all courses applied to the graduate degree.

Awarding the Degrees The Bachelor and Master degrees will be awarded simultaneously when all requirements for the M.A. degree have been completed.

Students who officially withdraw from the 2+3 Dual Degree Program in History, and who have successfully completed all requirements for the Bachelor degree, will be award the Bachelor degree.

为来自中国的学生设计 Official transcripts: Students in their last year of high school should submit transcripts for all years completed thus far. Students who have completed high school must submit final transcripts and degree certificates or exam results. Students who have studied at a college or university must submit university transcripts to date. If you have completed more than 24 credit hours at a university, you do not need to submit high school transcripts. Transcripts are required from all high schools or universities attended. Proof of English proficiency: Minimum requirements are 61 TOEFL, 5.5 IELTS, or 44 PTE-A, 85-90 Duolingo.
