COURSE OVERVIEW

Are you looking for a degree that allows you to develop skills in multiple areas of business management? You may be interested in marketing as well as international management or starting your own company. Or perhaps you want to develop a sound understanding of global supply chains as well as business analytics?

The MSc Management programme at Swansea University gives you the freedom to do just that. It is available as a generalist programme which gives you the freedom to pick from a range of modules in your second semester or with specific named pathways that allow you to specialise in a specific area of business that will feature on your degree certificate.

The programme has been designed with a clear focus on management in an interconnected global community. It covers core management concepts such as managing financial resources, operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles and enhance your employability.

Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management.

We know it’s a competitive world out there. To help you get the best from your studies and get ahead of the competition, the programme also includes an academic skills module that covers issues such as research methods.
