专业概况

在这里学什么？ This is a fully qualifying Chemistry degree which allows students to specialize in (i) characterization of materials and emerging new energytechnologies or (ii) materials physics. Students on this new degree study Chemistry but also look beyond their subject at the applications of materials (made by chemists) in Physics and Engineering. In addition to core Chemistry modules, students take additional modules in Maths, Physics and more specialised options covering renewable energy. The specialisation is reinforced by students choosing a materials or energy related research project in their final year.

为来自中国的学生设计 If you have obtained very good grades in qualification such as A-Levels, you would be eligible to apply for advanced entry into Year 2 of our programmes. You require IELTS 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each element or an acceptable equivalent.
