在这里学什么?With Ball State’s major in classical cultures, you’ll become fully immersed in the fascinating and significant civilizations of ancient Greece and Rome. If your career ambitions include teaching in a secondary or post-secondary setting—or advancing to graduate-level work—these majors will help you achieve your goals.
What You Will Learn
In this major, you will become well-versed in ancient Greek and Roman culture. You will learn how these people loved, fought, worshiped, worked, played, lived, and died. You will also learn and come to realize how important they are as founders of our own culture in the 21st century. These courses will allow you to explore and learn about ancient:

Several of the courses that we offer fulfill core curriculum requirements and the language courses fulfill the language requirement for a Bachelor of Arts degree. You’ll also have the option to take advanced courses taught in English, ancient Greek, and Latin.
