Art History is a multi-disciplinary field that immerses you in the study of diverse works of art and architecture and the cultures--past, present, geographically close and distant--that produced these works. You will learn to use models of problem-solving from the past to find solutions for today’s problems—aesthetic, social, and environmental.

You will have the opportunity to visit major museums of art in Chicago, New York, and abroad. Funding for these and other trips is offered through the Zutt Travel Award, Endeavour! research and travel grants, and other university resources.
